Long before the wedding day, I work closely with your planner and creative team to understand the location, lighting, design elements, and flow of the weekend. I scout the venue, study how the light moves through each space, and plan intentionally around the details you’ve chosen so photography supports the experience instead of interrupting it.
This preparation allows the wedding day to unfold without constant direction or distraction. You’re not pulled away from moments, asked to repeat things, or rushed for the sake of a photo. The result is imagery that feels effortless, cohesive, and emotionally honest — because the day itself was given space to breathe.
I work with couples who value intention as much as aesthetics.
Who understand that a wedding like this doesn’t happen by accident
and don’t expect it to.
My role isn’t to direct everything.
It’s to understand what’s already been created
the space, the pacing, the people in it
and photograph it in a way that feels natural inside that.
Everything begins with a conversation. Once an inquiry is submitted, I personally review every detail to ensure alignment — not just in aesthetic, but in values and vision.
If we feel like a natural fit, the first step is The Story & Atmosphere Session — a short, relaxed call where we explore how you want your wedding to feel, the emotional tone you want remembered, and the experiences you want your guests to carry with them.
From there, I create a custom proposal tailored to the rhythm, setting, and intentions of your celebration — ensuring the photography supports a day that feels beautifully lived, not performed.
From the mood board to the timeline, every detail is guided by clarity and intention. I collaborate closely with your planner and creative team to ensure the flow of the day supports both emotional presence and beautiful light. This is where vision becomes architecture — the foundation for imagery that feels effortless, editorial, and entirely yours.
When the day arrives, my role is to witness — not interrupt. I blend into the background to document moments as they naturally unfold, stepping in with gentle direction when needed. Whether it’s guiding you into the light for an editorial portrait or helping shape a storytelling frame, every image is crafted with care. The result? A gallery that reflects not just how it looked, but how it felt — honest, artful, and deeply personal.
I’ve had the joy of collaborating with — and drawing inspiration from — visionary planners and designers whose intentional, design-led work continues to shape how I approach storytelling.
Details, starting rates, and next steps
are shared after an initial conversation.

“Suzy & her team was so attentive and responsive. They went above and beyond as photographers to help with planning certain events and scouting locations for photos. They were responsible and got the necessary permits with no extra work on our end and also went out of their way to help plan the timeline and certain types of photos that we didn't necessarily think of.”

Branding isn’t about curated perfection or mimicking trends. It’s about resonance. The subtle power of visuals that feel like you. Confident. Intentional. Effortless. And completely unforgettable. I create branding imagery that aligns you with the frequency of the clients you’re calling in — the ones who get it without explanation.
