01. Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your date. Every proposal is custom, and your payment schedule will be outlined in your contract. I only take on a limited number of clients so I can give each story the presence it deserves.
02. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable and serve as a commitment to our shared time and creative energy. If a reschedule becomes necessary, we’ll handle it with grace — and written communication — but keep in mind that availability isn’t guaranteed. Life happens, but clarity is always key.
03. Travel & Accommodations
For destination weddings and out-of-state sessions, all travel-related expenses (including airfare, lodging, rental car, and meals) will be outlined clearly in your proposal. I handle booking my own travel to keep things streamlined and stress-free on your end.
04. Creative Direction
My style blends intentional storytelling with editorial ease. You’re hiring me not just for the way I photograph, but for the way I see. I welcome inspiration, but creative freedom is essential to crafting honest, emotionally resonant imagery that aligns with my body of work.
05. What’s Included
All wedding packages include a second photographer and a curated blend of both film and digital images. This approach allows me to capture your day with depth, texture, and timelessness — no compromises.
06. Drone Coverage
Drone coverage is available as an add-on and offered only where it’s legally permitted and safe to operate. Please inquire if this is something you’d like to include so I can confirm location feasibility and any necessary permissions.
07. Delivery Timeline
Final galleries are delivered within the timeframe outlined in your contract — typically 6 to 10 weeks for weddings. You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated online gallery of high-resolution images that tell your story with clarity, intention, and emotion.
08. Image Rights
You’ll have personal usage rights to all delivered images — perfect for printing, sharing, and reliving the magic. Commercial use or alterations beyond cropping will require written permission, just to ensure alignment with brand and integrity.
09. Communication
